When you are on 24/7 sometimes it can be a little difficult to turn off.  As an adult you don’t get the pleasure of “nap time” very often during a normal work day.  By being on 24/7 you can find yourself burning out more often than not. Your mind needs a break too, just like your body.  Here are 6 helpful tips to implement in your daily life to help you re-focus your mind and boost your brainpower.

1. Silence your phone for a bit
